Thank you for your continued visits and comments. I made this small pin cushion for my annual mid-year giveaway. Stitched on tea-dyed Belfast linen with a homespun patch and backing. It is stuffed with polyester fiber.
Please comment and I will draw a name on Saturday morning GMT+8 (30th June 2012). I will ship the pin cushion to anywhere in the world.
Wow! What a lovely pincushion, love the colours. Don't I wish to enter my pins there! Have always been inspired by your finishings, cross stitch or quilts!
I would love to win this cute pincushion. I am now sooo into collecting and making pincushions. It is a fun and fast break from the big quilts! Thanks!
What a cute pin cushion. The quilt retreat I go on every May has us creating 'lovies' (which are homemade treats) for all the other people at the retreat. We have had more fun making and receiving these treats. The treats are everything from pin cushions to homemade blackberry jam to necklaces etc. This would make a great 'lovie' for next year especially since I love to cross stitch as well as quilt. Thanks for posting this.
I, for one, know I could never do cross stitch that small. It's adorable. I hope I win as I need a new pincushion. Thanks for the giveaway. sharon56purpleatyahoodotcom
I did my first cross stitch a month ago for my name tag. It was new to me and I gave it a try. It turned out ok and I love it. You have a sweet pincushion...Judith, Texas
I was thinking of you yesterday and should have emailed, but was too busy fondling my fabric. My Fat Quarter Shop order arrived and the natural Kona is PERFECT! Thanks for the tip. I'm thinking I might use it for some of the French General fabrics I've been hoarding, too.
This is such a cute allegory. I remember our one of our dorm mates in college had pasted a note outside her door that read "double click to enter". ;-), fun, No? Njeri cutekipepeo@gmail.com
How charming and funny. I am up to 3 pages on my computer cheat sheet ID's and "pin" numbers....you do lovely work. I collect pin cushions and pin cushion patterns as they are fun small projects. Jane NJ
